About us
The company founder obtained an HSE manager qualification in 2007 after completing a specialized course at the U.S. Embassy. Since then, he has been continuously active in this field. Our services have been used by a wide variety of clients — from small beauty salons and dental clinics to branded clothing stores, cafés, fast-food outlets, office spaces with 150 employees, and high-risk construction sites.
Notably, during these 18 years none of the mentioned facilities experienced any major incidents — a testament to our experience and the quality of our work.

A. Audit & Risk Assessment
• Occupational safety audit: a comprehensive analysis of the current state and verification of compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Risk identification and assessment: development of risk matrices and preventive action plans tailored to your organization.
B. Documentation & Implementation
• Safety management system: creation of policies, rules, instructions and procedures aligned with the facility's purpose and functions.
• Internal normative acts: workplace instructions, orders, logs and other official paperwork required for compliance.
C. Training & Education
• General and specialized safety training: developed in accordance with legal requirements.
• Training for low- and high-risk workplaces: from office ergonomics and safe computer work to working at heights, safe lifting, and electrical welding safety instructions.
• Fire safety training: hands-on and theory-driven programs to prepare employees for emergency response.
D. Ongoing Management & Monitoring (Outsourcing)
• Performing the occupational safety specialist function as an outsourced service — regular visits, inspections and consultations.
• Investigation and analysis of industrial incidents with detailed reporting and corrective actions.
Our Approach
When starting cooperation with a new client, we begin with an interview with management, followed by a full inspection of the building and external areas, as well as interviews with staff. We identify all existing and potential hazards, assess risks and work to eliminate them completely.
Our goal is to create a cooperative environment where hazards are clearly identified and the entire team understands that safety is everyone's responsibility — the more the workforce follows recommendations, the faster risks are neutralized and the lower the chance of incidents.

Our operations fully comply with national legislation. Our most recent operational license was issued in August 2025, which ensures that our activities remain aligned with the latest regulatory changes and provide additional peace of mind for our clients.
